Submitting an order through this website constitutes an order request. Orders are confirmed upon completion of payment through the payment instructions provided. Prices are subject to change without notice; pricing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled with a full refund of amounts paid.
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours of confirmed payment. Shipments include tracking and are packed with insulated cold-chain materials where appropriate. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier, except where a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, in which case we will replace it or refund it as described below. We do not ship to jurisdictions where the Products may not lawfully be received.
Due to the nature of research materials, opened Products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide a replacement or refund. Unopened Products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund less shipping costs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any Product or these terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any damages arising from use of the Products contrary to these terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Products in violation of these terms or applicable law.
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
