Yes. Every batch is sent to an independent, unaffiliated U.S. analytical laboratory for HPLC purity analysis and LC-MS identity confirmation. The lot-specific Certificate of Analysis ships with your order, and you can request the current COA for any compound before purchasing.

Our products are sold strictly as research chemicals for laboratory and in-vitro research by qualified individuals. They are not intended for human or veterinary use of any kind, and nothing on this site is medical advice. By ordering, you confirm you are purchasing for research purposes.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) vials are stable short-term at room temperature but are best stored refrigerated (2–8°C) or frozen (-20°C) for long-term storage, away from light and moisture. Specific storage guidance is printed on each vial’s label.

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. All shipments include tracking, and cold-chain insulated packaging is used where appropriate. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Because of the nature of research materials, we can’t accept returns on opened products. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Yes — for labs and institutions ordering in volume, we offer tiered wholesale pricing. Reach out through the contact page with the compounds and quantities you need and we’ll respond with a quote, typically within one business day.

All transactions are encrypted end-to-end and we never store full payment details on our servers. Orders ship in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to the contents.

Absolutely. Send us the compound name via the contact page and we’ll email you the current lot’s Certificate of Analysis — no purchase necessary.
